Nutritionist & Licensed Dietitian
I earned a bachelor's degree with course work approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). Coursework included food and nutrition sciences, food service systems management, sociology, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, anatomy and chemistry.
I completed an accredited, supervised practice internship at health-care facilities, community agencies, and food service corporations.
I have experience working in the Nutritional Services Department of various hospitals including, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati VA Medical Center, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Riverside Methodist Hospital, Cincinnati Children's, Rutherford Regional Health Systems, Florida Hospital Orlando, Florida Hospital for Children, and The Baby Place at Florida Hospital’s Women’s Center.
