Banana Chocolate Muffins

Personal Chef turned Blogger! One of my favorite recipes is now yours!


Step 1) Gather essentials!

-3 cups of Organic Gluten Free Quick Cooking Rolled Oats

-3 ripe Organic Bananas, mashed

-1 cup of Organic Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (vanilla is not pictured above but should be used, if available)

-1 individual container of Organic Unsweetened Apple Sauce

-4 tablespoons of Allergen Friendly Semi-Sweet Mini Chips by enjoy life

-2 tablespoons of Organic Brown Sugar

-1 tablespoon of of Aluminum Free Baking Powder

-1 teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract

-Organic Coconut Oil to grease muffin pan


Step 2) Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit


Step 3) Mix all ingredients together


Step 4) Grease muffin pan very very well using Coconut Oil


Step 5) Divide batter evenly into twelve muffin cups


Step 6) Bake 30 minutes until the edges start to brown and the muffins are firm to touch


Step 7) Cool on wire rack


Step 8) Enjoy!
