Blueberry Break Fast

(Step 1) Gather Essentials (organic ingredients are always recommended when possible and available):
-Almond Milk, Sweetened, 1 Cup
-Frozen Blueberries, 1/2 Cup
-Chia Seeds, 2 Tablespoons
-Goji Berries, 2 Tablespoons
-Honey, 1 Tablespoon drizzled
(Step 2) Mix all ingredients listed above in serving bowl or mason jar.
(Step 3) Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to enjoying. If you have the patience to allow ingredients to soak overnight, this will produce the very best results.
