Step 1) Gather essentials...
-3 Large Organic Eggs from cage free chickens!
-3 ounces of Dairy Free Everything Cream Cheese by kite hill! This plant based product is also NON-GMO project verified, soy-free, gluten-free, vegan, Kosher, made with no artificial ingredients, and no added sugar! Did I say I love kite hill for bringing a cream cheese alternative into my life?! Mad respect!
-1/8 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
-1/8 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
-Organic Coconut Oil to grease parchment paper
Step 2) Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 3) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease very well using Coconut Oil
Step 4) Using two medium sized bowls, separate Egg Whites and Egg Yolks
Step 5) Add Cream of Tartar to Egg Whites
Step 6) Add Cream Cheese and Pink Salt to Egg Yolks and beat using an electric mixer until smooth. *Clean mixer when finished with this step!
Step 7) Using clean electric mixer beat Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar until stiff peaks form. *Do not proceed until you have achieved stiff peaks!
Step 8) With a spatula, slowly and carefully fold the Egg Whites into the Egg Yolk mixture. *To avoid breaking down the air bubbles in the Egg Whites, use a folding motion with your spatula to combine ingredients.
Step 9) Scoop mixture on top of greased parchment paper to create six circular nubes (clouds)
Step 10) Bake for 30 minutes, until golden
Step 11) Enjoy!
*I love spreading leftover cream cheese and jelly on top of my Nube Bread and I enjoy using Nube Bread as an alternate when making sandwiches and burgers!
