Summertime Overnight Oatmeal | Break Fast

Personal Chef turned blogger! One of my favorite recipes is now yours!


(Step 1) Gather essentials, organic ingredients when possible and available, at least NON-GMO project verified:


-1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats, certified gluten free

-1/2 cup strawberries, I only like freeze dried ;)

-2 tablespoons pepitas, roasted and salted

-1 tablespoon sunflower butter

-1 cup rice milk


(Step 2) In the order listed above place measured ingredients in a glass storage bowl or mason jar.



(Step 3) Secure lid and place in refrigeration overnight!


(Step 4) When you wake the next day and are ready to break your fast enjoy your overnight oatmeal cold. The ingredients are inspired by the summertime harvest to provide you with an estimated 75 grams of carbs, 16 grams of protein, and 23 grams of healthy fats!



*Tip: if you prefer smaller meals and/or are watching your carbohydrate intake consider enjoying half of your creation or sharing with someone you love, sharing is caring, to provide an estimated 37.5 grams of carbs, 8 grams of protein, and 11.5 grams of healthy fats!
