Is west truly the best?!

Updated: Jan 15

* SPOKEN WORD *

Taking feng shui to the next level! The magnetic centers of our earth need to be considered prior to falling asleep at night. We're familiar with the north pole and the south pole. From a geographical standpoint our land, all the land on mother earth, has slowly been migrating north. For one example, India is loosing an estimated 1.23 cm yearly as the country moves into the Himalayan mountain range.

Taking this strong magnetic pull into consideration, if you sleep with your head to the north, a disturbed evening is more likely for your being. Best case scenario, bad dreams are probable or you simply feel "off" during your day; worst case scenario, a stroke or death could result as you were attempting to rest. One day of disregarding the direction of your head while you sleep should not produce ill results but day, after day, after day, of negligence is concerning.

Excess circulation occurs within the brain If you sleep with your head to the north, and thus you're simply asking for problems. The type of problems you'll experience will be unique to your being and based on the strength of your body as an entire unit.

If you reside within or visit the Northern Hemisphere, attempt to avoid sleeping with your head to the north. If you live in or visit South America, South Africa, and Australia you should then avoid putting your head to the south. Sleeping with your head to the west is alright but to the east is always best!

When I was younger, I used to love spending a day rearranging my bedroom! These days when I'm rearranging a room, my compass is always in hand as I consider due east!

Sometimes moving the head of a bed isn't possible as the bed doesn't belong to you! Maybe it's not right for you to move your best friends bed, your families bed, or a hotel bed but you can still sleep with your head due east regardless! You might look a little funny within the bed but what's most important is your health and your rest!

Wishing you and everyone you care about most a peaceful nights rest with sweet dreams!

Namaste,

Maggie
