Tropical Asian Trees
Updated: Jan 28, 2022
* SPOKEN WORD *
Ayurvedic Medicine has been using the leaves from a specific tropical Asian tree for thousands of years to support the internal skin of the body; specifically the digestive and respiratory systems. The leaves on the tropical Asian neem tree prevent the growth of harmful agents within the body and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria that supports immunity.
You may have already tried neem in the form of a natural toothpaste and or mouthwash to support your oral health. Neem is also available in capsule form and is recommended for intake during the spring and summer seasons when it would be naturally harvested. Consider getting a jump start on health and wellness benefits in a given year by initiating supplementation as early as January or February! With COVID in the picture I'm seriously considering taking this supplement year around!

An interesting additional benefit is that neem supplies the body with an abundance of natural energy. I've been taking supplemental neem capsules to support my being and as a result have been able to give up my daily intake of coffee that I recently started this May. Now I love the taste of coffee and prefer to start my day with a delicious cup sweetened with local organic honey. With COVID in the picture I understand that my love for coffee does not support the health and wellness of the skin within my digestive tract. I desire to do everything in my power to treat my temple with the utmost respect and the intake of coffee is not worth the risk at this moment in time, in my opinion.
I purchase my neem from isha LiFE! They recommend consuming two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a cup of warm honey water. If you're sensitive to energy as I am, I would only recommend consuming one capsule every other day for the first month. At the start of the second month you could increase your dose to daily intake if desired. Each capsule contains 850 mg of neem powder and I feel this is plenty to consume daily. My professional opinion is that two capsules are unnecessary and unneeded. This supplement costs $14.99 for 90 capsules and if you take based on my recommendations this is more than a three month supply. Such a great value for antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiviral properties!
There are not many supplements I tolerate on an empty stomach! I'm a delicate petunia! I typically enjoy my morning supplements with a cup of tea, fruit, such as, cantaloupe or mangos, and dairy free yogurt! This sets the vibrations for a beautiful morning in my world!
*Special Note: Neem shouldn't be consumed when trying to conceive as it's a mild spermicide.

This supplement is gluten free and soy free, containing no genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and no artificial sweeteners, in addition to being 100% vegetarian, and that's just the way I like it! ;)
