Exercise is increasingly recognized as a vital component of healthcare. For individuals managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, or working to improve long-term health outcomes, structured and supervised exercise can play a critical role.
Our Exercise as Medicine Program is designed to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness by providing physician-supported, results-driven exercise programming in a safe, professional environment.
This program emphasizes accountability, measurable progress, and alignment with your healthcare provider’s recommendations.
Disclosure: Our program may qualify for HSA reimbursement when prescribed by a healthcare provider through a Letter of Medical Necessity.
What to expect from our structured exercise program:
8 weeks of support from our Holistic Health, Certified Personal Trainer, with the option to renew program as needed.
Week 1: Initial Assessment, includes a health history, movement evaluation, and goal setting based on your specific needs and any physician recommendations.
1+ hour in duration
Weeks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7: Supervised Personal Training Session, designed to improve strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and overall physical function. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and adjusted as you progress.
45-minutes in duration weekly
Week 8: Landmark Final Assessment, to measure progress, review outcomes, and determine next steps + Supervised Personal Training Session, designed to meet objectives outlined in final assessment.
1-hour total in duration
The initial 8-week program is priced at $844
In addition to supervised sessions, participants are encouraged to utilize our facility for independent exercise, if medically appropriate.
Participants may continue with an additional 8-week program at a reduced rate of $792, with no limit on renewals for ongoing support and continued progress.

Our Exercise as Medicine Program is Right for You when:
Your Healthcare Provider has determined that exercise is medically necessary as a part of your treatment plan.
Structure, assessment, accountability, and progress tracking are desired to ensure you safely improve physical capacity while supporting your physicians defined goals.
Presenting with common conditions supported through exercise: obesity, weight management, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arthritis, joint pain, chronic back pain, musculoskeletal pain, post-rehabilitation conditioning, stress, anxiety, & depression.
