Small businesses have taken a serious beating with COVID shutdowns and individual recommendations to stay at home. As we enter the season of giving we need to be extremely mindful as to where we spend our dollars. We need to cast our vote by paying to preserve what diversity remains within our communities.

There are a lot of amazing businesses out there doing it right during times of COVID.
Toast & Berry a local Montgomery, Ohio restaurant is a fine example for my fellow Cincinnati followers and for those who know Cincy to be a hop, skip, and jump away!
I'm currently attempting to refrain from labeling much as my "number one" but am quick to put Toast & Berry into my top-five favorite restaurants, hands down! I would highly recommend allocating space within your calendar to experience this delicious offering for daytime dining. Brunch with those you love during the holiday season is surely a heartwarming affair! You can choose to dine-in, carryout with curbside pickup, or receive a delivery via DoorDash. A gift card for a loved one can simply be added to your dine-in or carryout tab.
Their dine-in experience with COVID in mind is super cool and innovative by my standards! Each table is separated by plexiglass often held in place by empty mobile clothing racks. It was difficult to photograph at a distance to preserve the privacy of individuals dining. Below is an up-close-and-personal image of their creation and protection offered!
Attention to detail is felt on absolutely every level. Their menu offerings are creative featuring high quality fresh ingredients with options for the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant soul.
While they take great pride in their menu item design, they're happy to accommodate special requests as the customer is always right! The following imagery is a fusion between their Avocado Toast and their Smoked Salmon Toast with Gluten Free Bread!
Also not on their menu but with assistance from their kitchen, I created a French Toast BLT with Gluten Free Bread; mouthwateringly delicious!
I'm a sucker for a Bloody Mary created by a Mixologist! I feel it's the most nutritious alcoholic beverage on the market!
