-8 years or older
-Removal of toxins and bacteria from the mouth that cause bad breath
-A fresh sensation within the mouth
-Ensures tastebuds are active and healthy
-Meals and snacks become more tasty
-Stimulates the internal organs
-You're going to need a tongue scrapper bundle, here is a link to mine
*If you dedicate yourself to a daily practice, It's recommended that you order a fresh bundle every six months to appropriately maintain oral health
-Evaluate your tongue EVERY MORNING before brushing your teeth
*Your stainless-steel scraper is best to manage any cracks or redness
*Your copper scraper is best when you notice whitish/yellowish buildup; swelling; wavy or rippled indentations and/or teeth marks on the sides of your tongue; or a dull pale coloration.
-Clean the tongue scraper you need in the moment, with hot soapy water
-Open your mouth as wide as comfortable and extend your tongue to your maximum ability
-Hold your tongue scraper with both hands and face the loop side toward the back of your tongue
-Gently scrape your tongue from back to front, until you have stroked the entire surface 7 to 14 times
*Don't press too hard, remember this cleanse is gentle
*Rinse your scraper with warm water between each stroke to remove any buildup
-When you finish, rinse your month with warm water and wash your scraper with hot soapy water
*When you notice your copper scraper starting to tarnish, wash with lemon juice, lime juice, or ketchup, followed by hot soapy water
-Your tongue provides a unique connection between your body and your mind as it's both a sensory organ for tasting and an organ of action, to produce sound for speech
-Experiencing your gag reflex is expected during this cleanse and it has added benefits in activating your salivary glands and digestive enzymes
